CANCELLATION POLICY

Storeera believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

If you cancel product order before your product has been shipped, we will refund you the entire amount of product.

If you cancel product order after your product has been shipped, you can do one of the following:

  • If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, than you can contact our Customer Care and inform them of the same.
    (Kindly Note Cancellation Charges Will Apply Depending Upon The Value Of The Order And Category Of The Product Which Can Change)
  • If you received the product, than it will be eligible for product replacement, only in case of defect or damage found with the product. You can refer our Replacement Guarantee for that.

Note: All Electronics are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package which is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact our customer care on (0092) 311-3569314, and we will try to solve the issue as early as possible.
